This is a serrated, 3.41" (8.66 cm) long tooth that shows the characteristics of a Premax tooth as it is more robust and fatter, adapted for gripping and tearing prey. It is from a Carcharodontosaurus from the Late Cretaceous, Kem Kem Beds of Morocco. Carcharodontosaurus was a massive predatory dinosaur that was taller (at the hip) and longer than Tyrannosaurus rex.

Condition & Restoration
It features excellent preservation with good enamel and fine serrations intact. Premax teeth are much rarer than lateral teeth, since there are fewer of them in the animal's mouth and thus fewer possible findings. There is some repair and gap fill restoration near the tip.
